Ocho de Mayo


Friday night we celbrated Cinqo de Mayo with an Ocho de Mayo dinner! Beef Fajitas and Chicken Enchillada Casserole were on tap. However, we dound out that the chicken enchillada casserole was really better as a dip with chips..
Chips you say? How about specially engineered tortilla chips
