Then try WD40.
Yup, I never cease to be amazed by what these two things fix. The garage door was having 'issues'. It would open but didn't want to close. After replacing the remote batteries the next thing.... WD 40. Woo hoo for fixing my garage. I would have been so embarassed if I had to pay someone $200 to spray the opener with WD40.
