Mississippi

So my renters broke the lease, which meant taking a trip down to check on my house and start getting it ready to sell.  Two great things came of this -- 1.  getting to see a handful of folks from down there, including my bff Amanda.  2.  A trip to Home Depot.

I'm trying to figure out if the person who made the sign was being sarcastic or not. For the sake of my sanity, I'm going to say yes.
