Belligerent (but hopefully not drunk)

Just a quick observation from today. You know you have issues when you get thrown out of a required training course. I'm not in this class (I already took it), but some of my co-workers are. apparently there is a dude who is just angry and belligerent, so he got thrown out. Gotta love the stereotypical government worker - he gives us all a bad name
