I Heart Shoes.
You may already know that about me.
I spent part of my Mother's Day working on cleaning up and re-orgainzing my shoe/ pant/ skirt/ suit/ dress/ luggage closet. Pants are hung by size, with pant type within size (dressy, khaki, cordouroy). Yes, I'm that retardedly anal. It will also be completely out of order in two weeks.
All thats left is shoes.
I've been pretty good about keeping myself in check lately. However, there are still plenty in there.
Here is your oppertunity to get all interactive. How many pairs will I log? Closest without going over gets to laugh the loudest at me. Other oppertunities include guessing how the age on the oldest pair and, in honor of the imminent summer heat, the number of pairs of flip flops.
Maybe I'll share pictures if I'm not uber-ashamed with the disgusting amount of shoe waste. I most prove I'm an organized person, after all.

Sarah J- My shoe collection is not what it once was, between having "bad feet" and working from home I and getting old I just don't have nearly as many impractical, uncomfortable cute shoes as I used too. That is one of the few things I miss about high school... my insane collections of red, teal, fushia lavender and black shoes to go with every outfit I had... God bless the 80's.
So here are my guesses... 42 pairs of shoes, 8 of them are flip flops and the oldest pair is from 1996. Happy closet organizing...and no you are not anal I too hang my shirts by style then color. I try to do that for Eric's closet too now! :)
